Daniel Saka Mbumba is a 2024 graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School's Mid-career Master in Public Administration program, where he focused on international development and infrastructure investment.

With 15 years of professional experience in both Management Consulting and Investment Banking, Daniel most recently served as a Financial Security Risk Manager at BNP Paribas Investment Bank, first in New York then in Paris, enhancing the bank's compliance with international sanctions regulations.

Before joining the banking industry, Daniel began his career as a Management Consultant at BearingPoint in Paris. He also holds a Master of Science in Statistics and Software Engineering from Polytech’Lille Graduate School of Engineering in France.

Daniel was born in the DRC, grew up in Cameroon and currently lives in Paris.
